Hello all,

I was hoping someone might be able to help me. Yesterday, I suffered two power cuts - a short one and then a longer one. We get a few power cuts every year where I live. If it causes issues with the QNAP I do a soft reset and it solves the problem. However, this time, I’m unable to reset my password. I use the qcloud code which takes me to the password change screen, then I get an error. There’s a solid red light on the unit. All four HDDs are green.

I’ve opened a ticket with QNAP but not had a response yet. My Plex server is hosted on the QNAP so I’d like to get it up and running asap.

Any ideas how this can be resolved, please? It’s a TS-453D.
