Hi! I’m trying to understand which DUWO housing options are eligible for huurtoeslag especially for international students.

I’m currently looking at:

• Korvezeestraat
• Röntgenweg
• Balthasar van der Polweg
• Prof. Schermerhornstraat
• Stieltjesweg
• Van Hasseltlaan
• Zusterlaan

Does anyone know which of these are actually considered zelfstandige woningen/self-contained studios for huurtoeslag purposes?

I’m especially confused about mixed buildings that have both studios and shared units.

Would also appreciate hearing:

• whether you successfully received huurtoeslag there
• what your actual monthly cost ended up being
• whether the listed DUWO rent includes large service costs
