1970s electrical - grounding clips

Im replacing a bunch of old receptacles and switches. Virtually all boxes have these clips. Wondering if they’re acceptable for today’s standards or if I should just go ahead and swap them out for grounding screws. In a few instances I swapped them out to fit a larger receptacle or switch, but curious what people’s thoughts are on these?

I’m replacing my stack (previously cast iron and copper). The cast iron hub in the slab is cockeyed with about 4° slope. I understand that the donut will “hug” the pipe (maintaining that 4° pitch), but will it help if I cut a 4° slope on the pipe going into the hub to counter the slope?

I’m not sure if this is a stupid question or not, but searching online I couldn’t find anything sensible on how to address this.

Doing some work on my bathrooms in my 1970s house. Initially I wanted to relocate the 3” stack and while I’m at it I was going to replace it with plastic. Upon demoing the wall, it turns out it was framed with 2x4 and even with the smaller OD of the copper pipe the virtually the entire width of the top and bottom plate was bored out.

Is this a scenario where I would just have to reframe or fur out the non-load bearing wall before making any changes to plumbing? Or is it ok that the top and bottom plates are essentially cut like this?
