4 months in as a recovering product junkie!
Before I got these microlocs installed, I was a wig girl with the occasional Afro high puff or braid out. Now I still wear wigs (mostly to keep my hands out my hair and keep them braided down). But this summer I plan to wear my locs out way more. I have narrowed down my products to just shampoo, water-based spray, and oil. It’s so easy! Wash days are 20 minutes! Braiding down is quick too! No more detangling and blow-drying! The only con is the price of a retie, and I plan to learn how to self-maintain by next year.
