Sorry if it's a stupid question.. so i have never played squash in my life, and i want to start learning it. I was initially confused between tennis and squash but i chose it mostly because i can play it alone too. I'd like to have that me time

The thing is, the trainers here charge a lot per session, and squash seems objectively easy if you know the movements and tricks (im so sorry if im wrong😭), so can i just go and start playing alone and wing it after a few sessions? Or do i have to have a professional training for it?

I was thinking of watching squash on tv and youtube and getting tips from this sub, but would that actually be enough?

I don't know if it's the right sub for this, but i have this mood tracking journal that i have not used. If anybody wants it, take it off of my hands. I think 400 + shipping would be an ideal price since its SP is 839/-. Open for a little negotiation.

Ps. it's not my business. I just have it and never use it, so I want to get rid of it.
