Which idiyappam podi do you guys use?

We used to have a nearby mill where we would go for ari podipikkal and it was great. But it shut down a while ago, and since then we have been trying different store bought items.

So far, most of the powders turn out sticky. Some brands are okay once, but not consistent… sometimes good, sometimes back to sticky again. We usually pick them up from Lulu.

Any recommendations for a reliable idiyappam podi that gives soft, non-sticky idiyappam consistently?
