Hi,

We have one room available for rent in our 2BHK in Kondapur Botanical Garden, suitable for either a single male or female tenant. The flat is fully furnished and includes amenities such as AC, geyser, power backup, bed, fridge, and washing machine.

The monthly rent is ₹14,500. Water charges are ₹40 per can, and electricity and internet bills will be shared equally among three people. If you use the AC throughout the day, you’ll need to cover a higher share of the electricity bill. Brokerage of Rs. 8000/- will be there.

There will be a one-time setup cost for the fridge and washing machine, as they were purchased by us. The kitchen is already fully set up by the occupant of the other room.

In the second room, a male tenant is currently staying with his girlfriend. There are no major restrictions in the flat—you’re free to use your space as you wish—but multiple occupants in a single room are not allowed.
