Looking for a studio or 1BR rental (no roommates) in Montgomery County or nearby counties. Pet-friendly preferred (2 cats).
I have stable income (~$70k) and can provide documentation. I’m working through a past eviction from 2023 following a separation, but I’m in a stable position now.
Currently staying with family and looking to secure a place soon. Open to private landlords or any advice.
