No option for submitting Form 121 in PNB ONE app?
My brother a senior citizen would like to submit the Form 121 through the Punjab National Bank banking app. He has done the same for his other bank accounts - but is getting an error when he clicks on the 15H option. He has updated the PNB ONE app also but still has the same error code 8206
The bank staff are unable to help (when I went to ask them). Please advise if possible
