stuck living with ex who cheated, owes me money, and won’t leave

Hey everyone, I really need some advice and help

I’m a medical student living in Tbilisi, and I’m currently stuck in a really bad situation with my ex-girlfriend. We live together, and things have gotten very toxic.

She cheated on me, and when I confronted her, she didn’t even show remorse , instead she’s been using things against me, manipulating situations, and acting like she has control over everything. It’s honestly mentally exhausting.

On top of that, she owes me money , and I don’t have an easy way to just move out immediately because of finances and lack of decent roommate situation or a good studio

My friends are telling me to leave ASAP and even consider legal action, but I’m not sure what the smartest move is here

I want to:

- Get out of this situation safely

- Recover my money if possible

- Avoid any legal trouble

Also, if anyone knows of any roommate opportunities or a studio around $300/month in Tbilisi (preferably Didube/Tsereteli or any metro station area), I’d really appreciate it I’m trying to move out as soon as possible.

If anyone has gone through something similar or knows what options I have (especially legally or housing-wise in Tbilisi), I’d really appreciate your advice.
