can i fix this? & how ?
i was hanging things from this rod above my window and i honestly neglected to realize the weight !! i noticed it was skewed one day and realized the screw had been pulled out and the wall was cracked. (in the photos i had screwed the screw back in)
i know i need to repair the wall. i got another rod to hang so that the weight wont be all on one. (did i simply over load this road or is it that the wall just cant handle the weight ? will it happen again with two separate rods screwed in or will it damage it more ? i’m scared to severely mess anything up because i rent)
i’m not sure how to fix this. my building manager knows about it he’s just very busy and i want to get my things hung back up ASAP.
is this a simple repair/patch or should i hire someone to do it ? is there anything i need to know to do if its possible i can do it myself ?
