I am applying for jobs, and they are scarce in my field (QMS / Audit / Huntsville). I have a bachelor’s, 7 years of direct experience (Northrop), and 6 years of indirect experience(apparel manufacturing). I think I am a solid level 3.

My questions are:

1. Will they offer me an L2 role if I am overqualified?

2. How difficult is it to move up from L2 to L3 after hire? Is it easily done during annual reviews if the criteria are met? Do I have to wait for an L3 role to be posted and apply for it?

I applied for a job that closed April 7. I can see the Title and that I am Under Consideration in WorkDay, but I cannot see the Job Id / Req Number. I copied the full description, but not the very top that included the JR2026####. Is there somewhere else I can look?
