Can't wait until my lease is up
This place is mold and roach infested, the property is dilapidated, the pool is neglected, and they keep raising rent without improving anything. It's impossible to get maintenance unless it's illegal for them not to show up. Many people can't get their security deposits back even though they've given all necessary paperwork. A month ago the whole complex lost power, and now yesterday the water got shut off in my building. I can't wait for my lease to be up in July so I can move in to my friends place.
