Hi, planning to take my family to my home country of Romania (Cluj, Tg Mures etc), it's been a minute since I visited. I could use some tips on where to stay in Cluj for a few days, where to rent a car, best practices to rent cars in Romania, what to do, what not to do, also what's up with those HUGE deposits to rent a car, is that normal?
