I have a question: I have to create this body on free cad for a school assignment that gives a grade. I have done very little with free cad so far and I wanted to ask if someone could explain to me how I should proceed,

Or can you maybe tell me where I can find a tutorial for something like this, i.e. for a construction like this? (btw)
