Hi folks, been lurking on this sub for a while, we're a couple with a dog moving down to Glendale/Burbank f om NorCal for a new job. We've narrowed our apartment search to a couple of town homes in Glendale, roughly same size and price, but I've read on this sub of how crazy drivers are and wondering if it's the right choice given we have a dog who loves his walks.
We're debating between
E Colorado St & S Chevy Chase Dr (near the Americana)
or
W Fairview Ave & Melrose St (near the Trader Joe's North of 134)
We're considering the Colorado St one due to its proximity to parks but after reading some posts about that area I'm reconsidering.
Any advice / real world experience folks would be open to share about the area? Thanks!
