Beverly Adams in a Easter pinup (1964)

Beverly Adams (Sassoon) was a guest star in many TV shows and movies throughout the 1960s, most notably on Bewitched as Danger O'Reilly, as one of the secretaries on Matt Helm and as Treasure on Gidget, just to name a few.

Miss Adams didn't seem to mind being the sexy woman in these roles, often in tight-fitting, skimpy clothing where the camera doesn't shy away from getting shots of her backside, much to the viewers and cameraman's pleasures.

Emmaline Henry and her many TV husbands

Emmaline Henry is known to many as Amanda Bellows on I Dream of Jeannie, but before Jeannie, she was the wife to many other fictional husbands throughout much of '60s TV. In real-life Emmaline was married to actor Mark Roberts, until they divorced in 1974.

I'm Dickens, He's Fenster (1962 - 1963) - Kate Dickens, the sane and patient wife (who Miss Henry herself described as "the model wife") of Harry Dickens (John Astin), with a slightly sarcasm rhythm to her sense of humor, who is both a housewife and a nurse (noted for being the first working wife in TV history).

Mickey (1964 - 1965) - Nora Grady, the grounded and understanding housewife-turned-Californian beach bunny-type wife of Mickey Grady (played by Mickey Rooney), who helps out with the hotel the couple inherited in Newport Beach, called Newport Palms Marina, and is occasionally seen in revealing resort wear (i.e., short-shorts, swimsuits, etc.), a major contrast to her TV roles before and after (reminiscent of Emmaline's Broadway daze), while still acting like a June Cleaver-equse domesticated housewife (this also is Emmaline's only role as the mother, instead of just being the wife). To quote Miss Henry: "Nora's more level-headed [housewife], two kids and all. She's got a certain glamor but is not overdressed. She's not frumpy either. I get to look good as myself in this role. I'm more of a ham and get more comedy in 'Mickey'".

The Red Skelton Show/Hour - Clara Appleby, the perpetually curmudgeon and bossy, yet stable wife, reluctantly married to George Appleby (Red Skelton).

I Dream of Jeannie (1965 - 1970) - Amanda Bellows, the suspicious, snooping, yet sociable wife of Dr. Bellows, and later became good friends with Jeannie in the show's final season. Being the final time she played the wife during her acting career, Emmaline herself jokingly stated "I was always the bad girl, I took men away from their wives. Now life is peace and tranquility. I usually had a gun in my hand, now I hold a spatula".
