First time player, having a lot of questions, one of them being: who all can you convert into a thrall? Down south where the waterfall river mouth opens into the noob river, just to the east of the mouth on the north bank, these human enemies spawn with names and a black health bar with a skull on it. they're much larger. I've seen this for animals too. I tried to knock a guy out to drag him back to my wheel of pain, so I wailed on this guy for a long time with my truncheon and finally knocked him unconscious, and the dude just rag-dolled straight away from me and disappeared! Is that a bug or the game telling me nope?

So I’m level 20-something now and I’m kinda thinking I’ve already outgrown my base location. There are so many crafting stations in this game, and I just unlocked the animal companion stuff, equipped my hammer, selected the animal pin, and holy crap it’s huge! I don’t think there’s enough room on my cool cliff-side fort for all this stuff. Do folks normally just find a big flat chunk of land to build on or what?

I was just wondering about lore-friendly, quality of life mods I should run. So, any suggestions?
