I snagged 100 feet of Lucky 400 to see if it was any good, the first roll was absolutely fine and now the second roll has all these little dark marks all over the images. You can see them on the negative as well as little white spots too. This was developed with 1/25 Rodinal and have never seen this in the years i have been developing film.
