Heyo. So my brother is in a unique position and I thought there’s no better place to ask but here!

He just moved to California and doesn’t have a car. He needs it to do grocery shopping, once every other week in the office, and events. The thing is, he thinks he’ll only be there for two years.

We’ve talked through leasing, buying a cheapy pre owned car or just renting as needed. If you were in this position, what would you do? Thanks!
