So I recently I purchased a platform bed to replace my old traditional bedframe (30+ years old) and am now facing a bit of a dilemma. I never use a box spring, the creaking kept me from sleeping. So now I have to decide which mattress to keep until I can save up for a new one. I have a really old traditional fully innerspring mattress, and a slightly less old pillow top mattress. This is topped off with a foam mattress topper. I am keeping the topper for now, but which mattress should I pair it with until I can replace it all?

Edit to add that I am fighting a flea problem atm.
