Hello, I am applying for student housing at https://www.my-stuwe.de. I am showing images from the online form.
What I wanted to ask is: I would very much prefer a furnished room and possibly a single room. I am reading online that the housing situation is extremely competitive, so should I still apply for unfurnished and double rooms?
What I am basically asking is, if I check the boxes for unfurnished and double rooms, will they still notify me if there are furnished single rooms available or they will just assign me one from the categories I selected here? Because I would hate getting a room I do not desire when there are still my preferred ones available...
Also, I am not eligible for flatlets as I am not a single parent/part of a family/couple, right? Or are flatlets and flats different (I am talking about the yellow heading)?
