Front passenger seatbelt often locks up when trying to pull it out to buckle seat belt. Seems to mainly happen after I as driver turn car on and begin to drive off while front passenger still has to put seatbelt on. usually by the time im driving out the driveway, passenger tells me seatbelt locked. They pull multiple times, i even turn the car off and nothing. Its not until probably having pulled like 10-20 times that seatbelt finally frees up.

Took to dealer but they advise they couldn't duplicate issue. Any thoughts on the reasoning or anyone else have this issue?
