Opinions on Featherlite Amaze High Back (Grey/Nylon Base)? Just ordered and want to know what to expect!

I recently pulled the trigger on a Featherlite Amaze High Back Mesh Chair (the Grey variant with the fabric upholstered cushion and Nylon base). It has the self-calibrating multilock mechanism.
Before it arrives, I wanted to check if anyone here has been using this specific model (especially the Grey/Nylon version) for a while. I’m curious about a few things:
Quality & Build: How is the mesh holding up? Does the Nylon base feel sturdy enough for long-term use compared to the metal one?
Comfort: How is the "Self-Calibrating" mechanism? Does it actually adjust well to your weight, and is the lumbar support effective for 8+ hour workdays?
Pricing: I paid around 12.3k, do you think it’s the best value in this range, or are there better alternatives like the Featherlite Liberate or Green Soul options?
Brand Experience: How has your experience been with Featherlite’s after-sales service or warranty in case of issues?
Would love to hear from long-term users or anyone who has compared this with other models in the segment.
