This guy has gone through some stuff

Say hi to my first syngonium! Every time I get a new plant I let it acclimate for some weeks just to see if it can tolerate my flat and my care. This guy had clearly already seen some draught before I bought it (at a local Home Depot kind of place which doesn't have the best rep when it comes to houseplants so the first weeks are also spent in quarantine), but I don't think any more of the leaves have crisped up since I've had it. I haven't noticed any new growth either. So it looks like it's time for a proper clean up and a repot, finally. It is a bit dense but a number of the younger leaves have dry bits in them as well, even the ones that haven't fully unfurled. Should I just trim off all the leaves that have any crispiness to them or could it be too much to do a repot and a significant trim at the same time?
