An experimental jam built from a fragment of musique concrète, reshaped through Fieldtone Weaver.

Crust provides the beat, sequenced by Bastl Kompas, with Beads adding glitchy movement and broken textures.

The Weaver voice goes into Desmodus Versio, and Crust’s ENV OUT is inverted and offset through Maths, then sent to XPAN to duck it.

Not exactly easy listening, but I liked the glitched-out beat against the textural sample.

Making live IDM sometimes feels like walking through a maze: you can get lost, but need to find one possible path.

This one is built around a Ciat-lonbarde Tetrax sample recorded into the Sebsongs Sampler and sent through Beads, with Battering Ram and Perkons Voice shaping the rhythmic frame around it.

Somewhere between confusion and fluidity.

Built around a MTM Turing Machine sequencing a Doepfer A-110-1, while a Doepfer A-110-4 FMs it.

The envelope comes from Make Noise Maths, and DXG, modulated by Shakmat Harlequin’s Context.

I manually play with the LFreq / TZ control on the A-110-4 and with the Turing Machine to lock or reshape the sequence.

The beat comes from a Roland TR-06, with manual changes on global probability and comb filter. The TR-06 runs through FX Wizard while the Doepfer FM voice goes into Desmodus Versio.
