I (f19) have had this spot on my foot for a while, I don’t remember when or how I got it but there’s little red dots that are appearing around it and now I’m worried. It used to be a little itchy sometimes after showering (I take super hot showers and have super sensitive skin) so I’m not sure if that could be a cause for it or if I should go to a doctor. I have really bad health anxiety so if you have any advice pls lmk 🙏
