Offshore Agency for your Operations?
Looking to partner with someone in the US to build an offshore acquisition/operations team for a wholesale real estate business.
I worked in the US for a couple of years in investment sales and acquisitions for an investment group, and I understand the backend of wholesale operations well.
Currently based in India, I’ve spent the last year helping set up systems for deal sourcing, cold calling, SMS campaigns, follow-ups, lead screening, and deal analysis while the owner focused mainly on dispositions and oversight.
My goal is simple: help wholesale businesses run in near autopilot mode with little to no owner involvement by building strong offshore systems and integrating AI where it actually improves speed and efficiency.
I’m very analytical, tech-savvy, and focused on process optimization, automation, and scaling operations the right way.
I have the foundation and execution ability. What I’m looking for is the right US-based working partner who wants to build something serious.
