Recently I've been thinking of whether to get a new laptop or upgrade to a pc. I do want some portability but I can use my old laptop for that, tho the specs on it arent great. The price for both are about the same, and also I play mostly rpg story games and stuff like minecraft. Which should I go with?

I'm also going to uni in 2 years and wanna probably be able to take it along with me.
