so i js got my h&L certificate but im hearing yall say that yall missed orientation so i was gonna ask is there in person mandatory orientation that i have to go to or was the hats and ladders the orientation? i haven’t gotten any emails besides the most recent one which was the sign up for direct deposit so yea
