I'm very excited but also nervous to launch AI Job Search Agent (again!). Rather than a fancy "we promise this thing will cure cancer" launch, I want to do a soft launch and take this opportunity to collect your honest feedback. The harsher the better!
Let me first set realistic expectations with ya'll:
If you're a power user and are deeply technical and know how to use boolean operators and etc on HiringCafe, this agent is probably not going to impress you (for now!). But... if you're not deeply technical and don't know how to leverage the 72+ filters on HiringCafe (and haven't even heard of "boolean operations" before), then I def think this tool will enhance your job search experience.
Here's our plan for the AI Job Search:
[Current Launch] Make the Agent perform as good of a job as a power user on HiringCafe.
Fix all the bugs you guys are reporting and keep improving the search results until it gets so good that the main website looks trash in comparison.

It'll be live in less than 30 min from now. To prevent extremely high bills, I've restricted this to US-based users, people in the Talent Network, and one chat a day. Tokens aren't free hehe.
