Tulsa Spoonies Hang Out Today!
I just wanted to let everyone know that we have a pretty amazing chronic illness / disability/medical mystery community here in Tulsa, with in-person hangouts, as well as a virtual speaking series from professionals.
Today we're having our adult in-person meet up, at Kendall Whittier Library meeting room from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and I wanted to invite anyone who is chronically ill or disabled to join us! You can come and go as you please and I'll attach our meeting reminders. I'm bringing disability coloring sheets this week and coloring implements if anybody would like to join in but there's no pressure to do so!
We're primarily on Facebook, Tulsa Spoonies, if you'd like to join please answer the questions and agree to the group rules. (I totally understand if you guys choose not to publish this, didn't know if shouting out our group would be frowned on.)
