It gets to a point
So out of fingers getting cut, 10 minutes of porn for the intro of an episode and the barely hidden scat fetish, seeing an artist is what bothers people the most? Really?

This is something I didn't want to talk about until the end of the season, but I think that if you choose to release one episode per week (I'm not complaining) you have to be open to criticism that reflects just what the audience has seen. Also english isn't my first language so sorry for possible bad sentence construction.
A reason for the exclusively implicit lesbian sex scenes could be Zendaya's no nudity contract, but I find it hard to believe when (1) she has had a sex scene in s2 that didn't involve any nudity and (2) she's had much more explicit scenes in The Drama. I don't believe that it's a problem with Hunter either, given that they seem to still be close friends and the sex scene with Angel wasn't shown either. Besides, Nate and Cassie (the other main couple) haven't had any sex scenes either.
This isn't me trying to sound porn-brainrotted and asking for explicit sex, but I do think it's interesting to point out the lack of intimacy between the characters, as opposed to the lack of sex itself. Especially when we do have explicit sex scenes, but they coincidentally only happen with the nazi background characters.
In the previous seasons, we could see these characters loved each other. Rue and Jules have been a thing since s1 and even had two (beautiful) special episodes just about themselves and their relationship. Now, their dynamic has been reduced to some never ending flirting that doesn't actually seem to go anywhere. Same thing with Nate and Cassie, s2 had a buildup with both of them and the tension with Maddy, and now they're just all somehow peaceful with each other (also, as lots of people have already said: what mood stabilizers is Nate on???).
Again, the season isn't over so these things could change, but I find that hard to believe with only 3 episodes left. I don't even want to talk about the poor (or non existent) development of Jules's character outside of the relationship with Rue. She became my favourite after the special episode and has been completely thrown to the side since s2.
I'm at a time in my life where I feel a bit lost, so I'm trying to find something that I'll enjoy doing in my free time. I'm open to anything as long as it follows what I already mentioned in the title :)
