Laid off, visa and relationship in trouble

Going through a tough phase since July 2025. Got laid off and then visa struggles started September 2025 and still ongoing. Scared that I might have to leave the country I built a whole life in. Will I be forced to leave the country due to visa issues and forced to relocate to my home country in 2026? And when will relationship struggles end?

B2 approval without H1 filing

Has anyone had their B2 approved that filed B2 change of status from H1 after October 2025? I know uscis is acting on B2 once you file a H1 transfer but have they approved B2 without H1 filing within the 6 months?
