unicorn extruder- factory thermal paste ?

Hi, after reading some posts and asking some questions I installed my kit, arrived today.
It seemed quite straightforward, I'm testing new prints now.

Just one question: instructions didn't say to use the included thermal grease, looking at the nozzle (mounted from factory) without removing anything, there seemed to be "something gray inside".

I thought it was already mounted with thermal grease from factory, and didn't remove the nozzle to grease again.

It seems to be working at the moment.

Am I wrong?

What if you drop chemicals on a gun?

Well, sorry for the weird question, I just read a post about vinegar and rust and thought... What would be the best immediate choice if something chemical, maybe unknown, drops on a firearm? Not some drops only, something like "more than a full glass" ...

My choice, considering I'm not skilled enough to fully remove each single part on every gun I own, would be field stripping, removing everything I'm able to remove quickly, then spraying Ballistol everywhere abundantly.

Then I'd try to clean internals, or maybe contacting a gunsmith for that... But I think that adding oil everywhere would somehow "reduce risks..."

Parcheggio a bordo strada

Fluidd installation

I've read that new creality print versions integrate fluidd.
Actually, I use Cura then upload the gcode with the standard web interface.
Do I need to root the printer?

If the software can use it, does it mean that fluidd is "already there" ?

Hotend thermal grease?

I'm planning to upgrade my KE with the Unicorn hot end...
Do I need thermal grease? Where I need to apply it?

Is copper anti seize enough, or another generic product? Creality branded grease is quite expensive on Amazon Italy....

How to remove heatsink

Hi, I want to install the upgraded unicorn hot end on my KE, I successfully removed the hot end but I need to remove the heat sink too, there are two screws but they're behind the motor, is there a guide to remove it? Nobody mentions how to do it, so it shouldn't be difficult, but maybe I'm doing it wrong...

Nozzle and hot end stuck - changing to Unicorn?

On my ender 3 ke I had some issues (everything was fine just before) : clogged nozzle, very hard to remove; not solved installing a new nozzle; hot end doesn't move and its tiny screws were stuck, almost stripped unscrewing...

Before investing more time on it and replacing parts, I've read that a Unicorn hot end will include everything new and better.

If I understood correctly, it includes "everything after the gear pulling filament" , am I wrong?

Is this the right one? https://amzn.eu/d/05zNIkCZ

Anything else I need to know before ordering it?

This morning, 25 meters, Tisas 1911 in 9mm.

I was quite tired but decided to go to the range anyway, here in Italy most people usually shoot 50-100 rounds each time, so just a quick trip.
At the beginning I was very relaxed and shot decently (each shot in the orange bullseye) then mid-session I started flinching low left, without an apparent reason...
Maybe I was just "overthinking" trying to keep the good results? Maybe thinking about my technique makes me shoot worse?

Laser dry fire Accurize

I have some cordless tools, things like angle grinders, leaf blowers, chainsaws...
So I have like 4-5 lithium batteries, some 2ah , some 4ah .

Then I have some tools here and there with an embedded battery.

Some of these tools are cheap stuff, so I cannot be sure of the batteries quality.

I charge them keeping them far from flammable materials, but how about storage?
Would it be better to buy some "fireproof container" to store them?
Suggestions?

Hi, while cleaning my Diana Airbug I inadvertently rotated it upside down without noticing it was touching the table with the rear sight.
I noticed it when the rear sight spring got compressed, but then it moved back up, the screw seems in the same position, everything seems fine.

May this damage or move the sight? Is there some trick or accessory to protect the sight while handling the gun?
