Edit: learned via this thread that CT is cruelty free, but the company that owns it is not.

I really want to purchase CT's Stoned Rose. I have a moral block against paying that much money for a lipstick that isn't even cruelty free. But my god, it is an incredible shade on me...

If i can find a dupe (cruelty free, ideally) that's more affordable, satin-finish and in a bullet format, my heart and wallet can rest. I've been suggested Revlon's Rose Velvet lipstick but it's too pink.

Any recommendations or insights or leads? Please help me make my dirty-pinky-peach lipstick dreams come true!
