hi friends, I was 37 yesterday and as a birthday treat went for a facial. Pictured is my skin immediately after (a little red as I had extractions and a peel).

Please note the routine (am and pm) suggested to me. At present my routine is gentle cleanser, hydrating serum, hydrating moisturizer and spf50. ive just introduced tret 0.025% once a week.
does anyone have any thoughts on what’s been suggested? I’d like to get into a solid routine as my main skin concerns continue to be dehydration, dryness, some congestion and general dullness.
