Sometimes when I’m on my phone too much I’ll get a headache in my temple area. But recently I was eating cereal and on the phone (with that same headache). Soon as I finished my jaw started hurting. I noticed it felt worse when I would talk. Then I took a nap and fell asleep on that side and woke up & after that it hurts even when I don’t talk. I can’t keep taking this pain so I made a Dr appt. I’m suspecting TMJ since it’s jaw pain and pain in my temple and side of my side. The jaw pain is the WORST though. This is all new to me.
