I discovered that my links were getting clicks, but none of them were being recorded on the affiliate portal. After contacting support, they admitted the issue was related to their software.
"The reason it doesn't work is because of the software we use right now, we'll contact the software company related to it ..."

Affiliates spend time, effort, and sometime money driving traffic, so losing commissions because of broken tracking is unacceptable.

Transparency should be the minimum standard in affiliate marketing.
