hi im 18m, i just started to do a primal diet, now I only eat raw eggs and raw liver. Also drink 1 liter of raw milk 3 4 days a week. I used prednol, a cortisone drug, between the years of 2022-24. One of the side effects was that he had a lot of acne. All my pimples have gone away, but when I look at myself in the mirror, I see acne wounds on every point of my skin. Is there a solution to this in Primal Diet?, no. What should I eat?
