Herbal medicine making
Got some very well grown and cured (visible trichomes) Shillong landrace direct from the farmer. Set aside 2g to make a small batch of cannaghee.
Used an air fryer at 115° for 40 mins to decarb followed by putting the finely crushed dry herb in ghee in a closed Ball glass jar and simmering in a water bath for 90 mins on an infrared cooktop.
The remaining material after straining out the ghee smelled potent so I made bhang from it by grinding with milk into a superfine paste.
Turned out very well. Pics show the stages with the ball being left over plant material post two-stage extraction.
