Hello 28M. My girlfriend (28F) has an online stalker and has been harassing us since Nov 2024 but we’ve just been blocking him but he keeps creating new accounts and getting new phone numbers to harass us. Its getting out of hand lately and we decided to file a case against him cus he’s starting to send death threats etc and started to harass our family members.

We already filed a blotter, went to the nearest anti cybercrime unit to file a case pero they won’t do anything daw hanggat wala kami full address nya. We only know his full name, email address/es, phone number/s, where he works, his socials.

How can we acquire his address without engaging him?
