Ramen is 4/5 good flavorful broth, no seasonings necessary.

Salad is 3½/5 good for light bites between sips of the heavy ramen.

Service 3/5 - food was not presented in correct orientation (seaweed away from me). No greeting like "good afternoon" or "enjoy your food". Very mechanical service (replaceable with robots which will happen in a decade!)

Price is a bit on the expensive side. Not your everyday fare.

Ambiance is alright. Clean place.

Glad I got to have this again as it's been a while. Hope the collagen makes my skin better hahaha joke 🤣
