A Warning Against Buying Zenitco from Atomic Defense
I’m posting to see if anyone else has dealt with this from Atomic Defense.
I placed an order with an expected May delivery window, and at this point I still have not received a clear shipment update. I reached out asking for either confirmation that the order is actually shipping or confirmation that a refund will be processed.
The response I got felt like a canned/AI-generated customer service reply rather than an actual answer. It basically acknowledged the situation without providing a concrete shipment date, refund confirmation, or any real resolution. Since then, I’ve followed up and still have not received a meaningful response.
That puts me in a pretty frustrating position. I’m not trying to be unreasonable. I just want one of two things:
- A real shipment update with tracking or a firm ship date; or
- A refund confirmation.
What bothers me most is the lack of clear communication. If a company misses a delivery window, fine, delays happen. But customers should not have to chase repeatedly just to find out whether their order exists, whether it is delayed, or whether a refund is being processed.
At this point, if I don’t receive a clear answer soon, I’ll likely have to pursue the issue through my card issuer. I’d rather resolve it directly with the business, but the silence and vague responses are making that difficult.
Has anyone else had recent issues with Atomic Defense orders, refunds, or delayed communication?
