I resigned my job as a quant developer (mumbai) in dec 2025. I've been looking since then for a job in bangalore, where I was brought up. Its getting really hard to find a job here. I'm not sure if I'm looking at the wrong place. I've given interviews but somehow it doesn't end in my favor. The recent one has been all positive, then suddenly they want to interview other candidates, keeping me on hold. I really want a job soon, a remote job preferably since I love traveling, or something near delhi/gurgaon/noida. Plus, I'm a little confused if I should get into management than fintech. I'm applying in both places, and feeling a little anxious since I'm suddenly getting calls, but there's also a drop. 2 weeks ago I gave interviews at 3 different companies every single day, but now I'm not even giving one interview.

Please help with this, I'm really looking forward to have a good job soon. Thanks so much in advance!

I resigned my job in December 2025, I didnt have great people to work with, one person always put all the others in the team down, and had a very toxic mentality.

I've been brought up in Bangalore and can't find a job here at all, either pay is low or somehow even if interview goes well, I don't get selected.

Now I've been giving interviews, and one of the companies in Gurgaon have gone until the last round, I'm yet to receive their response. I dont really know if this one's going to be toxic too, and if they'll take me in.

Can you please help me on when I'll get a job, and will I get any remote opportunities, or abroad?
