So I just started taking Buspar 10mg 2x a day a few weeks ago. Not sure if it’s placebo or what but I do feel like I noticed a decrease in my general anxiety about life pretty damn quick.. but the dreams yall. Super weird, super vivid, and they seem to last all night long, and I’m having trouble waking up to my usual alarms.. when I do, I feel very groggy for about an hour after waking up. I’m used to only setting an alarm on my watch, but for the past week I’ve been sleeping through it or silencing it without waking up enough to realize I’m doing it. I’m going to start using my bedside alarm so I have to physically get up to turn it off but I’m curious if anyone else experienced this? And does it get better the longer you’re on the med?
