Looking to Transfer Lease Single Suite
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease / sublet my unit at Revalie (Building A, Room 822, Single Suite). Unfortunately, I wasn’t accepted into my master’s program at Carleton University, so I’ll be leaving the country and need to transfer the lease or do a sublease (Starting July).
Important: to take over the lease, you must be a student.
Details:
- Rent: $1,899/month
- Internet included
- Monthly cleaning service included
- Renter’s insurance included
- Full access to all Revalie amenities/facilities
- Hydro is NOT included (tenant pays separately)
You have to be a student to move in according to Revalie's policy
