brand new carpet run
hey all, my friend went to a flooring place and asked them all about dog claws snagging new carpet, got recommendations, had this carpet installed and in the first 10 min their dog claws snagged the carpet and made a 2 inch run.
Is this inevitable?
Is it bad carpet?
Should they expect anything from the installer?
