Not sure if this is turbo or not, but you can definitely hear a little squeal at the beginning. It will do it when idling for a few seconds, stop, then do it again. Any ideas?

Looking at purchasing this one, is the rust pretty typical or is that a red flag? Seems to have been in Indiana its whole life.
