PAIN RELIEF

hi guys so i posted a few days ago bc i have a sore near my tonsil. i have legit lost 4 lbs within a week (current weight 118 lb) bc of the PAIN when eating. however, my holy grail that allows me to eat is ALEVE along w/ orajel antiseptic mouthwash :)

canker sore near tonsil

PLEASE HELP!! is this a canker sore?? i use SLS-free toothpaste and take vitamins every day. i’ve been using orajel antiseptic mouth wash practically every hour and i can still barely eat/drink. i must admit this appeared a few days after attempting to remove tonsil stones, but THIS has never happened before.
